Focus Residential Group is proud to be the exclusive North Carolina real estate broker for Precise Associates.

Headquartered in Detroit, MI and founded in 2007 by real estate developer Jon Grabowski and real estate financier Gideon Pfeffer. Precise Associates’ mission is to provide capital and development services to stabilize communities throughout the US.

Focus has partnered with Precise in an effort to redevelop distressed neighborhoods throughout the city of Charlotte.  In a matter of months this collaboration has rehabbed and tenanted twenty foreclosed homes and continues to pursue further acquisitions.
